Rain is not as frequent here in Niger as it needs to be. Whenever it does happen, the children want to be out in the thick of it. (It's also cooler outside by 10-15 degrees fahrenheit). There is usually thunder and lightning, so this is a rare occurance when I'd actually let them out for a breather during the rain.
