We have finally arrived in Galmi!!! This is our home, number 32. We arrived here on the 12th of January. Yes, I realize that it is the 1st of March, but the camera batteries have been dead, and the batteries available in Galmi, last only long enough to take a picture, and not long enough to download onto the computer. Alan made a recent trip to Niamey, and we are back in business. We have rechargable batteries coming--like lots of other things--on the container. (There is no ETA on that yet though.) We will try to keep you better up to date from now on!!!
