Every Wednesday morning we host "Cinnamon Buns" at our house. Souley comes at 7:30 to begin preparing the cinnamon buns. The coffee is brewed, an enormous thermos of ice water filled, kettle boiled for tea, and kool-aid is prepared by Samuel. I (Deb) spend the morning setting up the chairs, picking up the toys that the children insist upon pulling out the moment my back is turned, and generally wonder how it can seem to take so much effort just to host 20-30 people and children for 1 hour! We have lots of fun, and many claim that it is the highlight of their week. The faces change from week to week, as many short termers come and go, but the fellowship is always fantastic. Maybe I'll take a picture of the cinnamon buns for my next entry....
